<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Voiddweller)</div><div class='quotemain'>Hmmm, mine came with the second bung and I didn't have to shorten anything? The only thing I had trouble with was one of the bolts connecting the flexpipe to the cat was rusted really bad. I had to have it torched up and heated a second bolt to it to break it loose.
I also had to move the alternator pulley assembly but that is no major deal. LOL, can't remember whether it was easier to take it in from under the car or from the top....I will have to look under the hood again. laugh.gif ....pretty easy to see which way when you are doing the install though.
Oh, and one other thing...the bolts that they sent were too big to get a good angle on to tighten with the factory cat....had to use smaller ones with some washers.
Very happy with the outcome and the product though.
Much deeper growl now especially when you get on it. laugh.gif</div>sorry it was the nuts on the header that wouldn't go past the welds on the header so i had to cut the studs shorter to clear the weld

Just out of curiosity. I am not yet ready to install..(I have not paid for mine yet... new tires took a big chunk out of my budget). but can you install this straight to the original cat?

i've got a question about the 4-2-1 header.. the 2 O2 sensor bungs that come on the header , one is at the beginning of the header and one is after the flex pipe.. now wouldnt this cause a problem because when installing a hi flow cat , it would have to go after the second O2 and isnt it supposed to go before it?

Well, it should be in today my 4-2-1 Header is on the delivery truck.

That Test Pipe (race "cat"), would replace the Stock Cat. converter, right ?
Does anyone knows if it's legal in Canada ? I would order it, If I knew that I wouldn't get in trouble during an inspection.

I already have a Brullen cat back Exhaust so with the "cat" It would all be new custom parts.

The problem could be solved easily by going to a muffler shop, or just getting a $5.00 o2 sensor bung off of eBay and welding it on yourself.

the test pipe does replace your stock cat converter. I'm not sure of the emissions laws in canada, or any of the individual provinces you have there, so i can't be sure whether or not it's legal. These are meant for 'off road' race type scenario's, even though a LOT of people daily drive equipment like this.

I'm really not sure how canadian 'inspection' testing goes, might want to check w/ fellow canadians on that one.
