if you are missing hardware please email ssautochrome
customerservice@ssautochrome, or service@ssautochrome.com and let them know, they'll hook you up.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (nyne)</div><div class='quotemain'><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (NightShark)</div><div class='quotemain'>i've got a question about the 4-2-1 header.. the 2 O2 sensor bungs that come on the header , one is at the beginning of the header and one is after the flex pipe.. now wouldnt this cause a problem because when installing a hi flow cat , it would have to go after the second O2 and isnt it supposed to go before it?</div>

The problem could be solved easily by going to a muffler shop, or just getting a $5.00 o2 sensor bung off of eBay and welding it on yourself.</div>

thats not my point.. my point is that why would the header come with o2 bungs already but one of them in the wrong place..

they most likely did this, expecting you to use the rest of their exhaust components in your setup, or expecting whatever catback, (or stock exhaust) to provide it's own o2 bung... then you would have the bung on your #4 primary, to be used as a place for a wideband o2 sensor, for dyno tuning, etc. *shrugs*

it is actually fairly accomodating, because apparantly, going the 'off road route' with the test pipe/race cat, putting 1 o2 sensor on the #4 primary, and 1 in the near stock location, apparantly is not causing a CEL... to add to my previous post.

and possibly not all countries that get the Beta have the O2 sensors in the same place.

you also have to realize, that this is pretty cool that there are 2 bungs, period, considering the fact that most countries, in 1997, didn't utilize 2 oxygen sensors, as they were not using obd2, until 2000.

Default my tib.

Got my 4-2-1 last night! everything was there as far as I can tell... you make me as transaction completed.

I think I'll look for a gauges for the extra 02 sensor for my Triple pod... still have that to install too.
