dude... I'm in for the 4-2-1 headers....
do you need 10 separate people for 4-2-1... and 10 separate for 4-1... etc?
Because it sounded like "10 ORDERS" meaning 4 for 4-2-1 headers, 4 for 4-1 headers, and 2 for turbo manifold would make the group buy work....
Questions:
1. What will the advantage of getting a "race cat" be?
--Estimated performance increase?
--Does it replace factory catalytic converter?
2. I've heard of this "extra bung" needing to be welded for the second o2 sensor.. does this require a bung to be welded, is it already welded in, or is the second bung not required in this spot?
3. Heh.... I said "bung" ... heh....
4. If I get 4-2-1 headers and test pipe... that's $140, including all shipping? You didn't say on the test pipe...
5. Edit the original post to show 10 positions... and put everybody's name in order of their addition to the GB (and in parentheses, put what they ordered).

just 10 total orders, no big deal.

I'm not sure on this one, it is louder, but i haven't dyno'd my car since installing their first setup.
--Does it replace factory catalytic converter?
The "race cat" *DOES* replace the catalytic converter that is behind your stock header. I have some pics comparing the 2 exhausts side by side, i am going to post as well.
2. I've heard of this "extra bung" needing to be welded for the second o2 sensor.. does this require a bung to be welded, is it already welded in, or is the second bung not required in this spot?
As far as i know for sure, there are 2 bungs on the 4-2-1 setup, let me double check on that for the 4-1's as well
3. Heh.... I said "bung" ... heh....
*hey beavis, i said bung too, lol*

Yup, same deal all prices listed are *shipped* prices with the exception of the catback

BUNGS

That should give you a better idea where your o2 sensors should go in comparison to stock, (this pic is on a 1st gen, (1997) so
-double check your setup- your stock locations, etc. just to be sure, either way, it's not a huge deal.
Just realize the Race Cat, is more of a test pipe, and does not have the same properties of a 'catalytic converter' it's a straight pipe, intended *for offroad use* You could get a comparably sized high flow cat from any exhaust shop, and do things that way, if you wanted as well. I'm using the offroad setup. CHECK YOUR LOCAL EMISSIONS LAWS (sounds all wholesome when i say that)
Hope that helps guys

I have 2 thing I need to know before I buy:
1) There have been many complaints of a buzzing sound after the install of the 4-2-1 header. Why is there that sound and can it be fixed?
2) There have also been complaints about the CEL coming on. I know there are 2 bungs for the O2 sensors but why is the CEL still coming on?

The buzzing sound, as i have read comes from a piece of the (plastic) transmission guard, vibrating against the flex pipe? (I haven't heard this personally on my setup [1997 1.8L 5spd Tiburon] but check hyundai aftermarket's forums, i have seen a few posts in there about this, and a fix. The fix for this apparantly, is to get at it with a rubber mallot, or a dremel to back the piping away from it. I'll get you some links to this, maybe that will help, but again, I haven't experienced anything like this.
The check engine light comes on, if you replace your catayltic converter with the race cat/test pipe. The 2nd o2 sensor is for emissions, etc. If you buy the race cat, be prepared to install some sort of o2 simulator, to replace the 2nd sensor.
But like i said, if you go the offroad route, this isn't just something that happens with this setup, on our cars, it's going to be any obd2 cars, in which you remove the catalytic converter, and replace it with a straight pipe. I hope this helps.
