maybe that will be some insight on the buzzing issue. This could be 2nd gen specific, i didn't have to cut anything at all, during my installation, and don't have any sort of 'buzzing sound'

I have the full exhaust installed with the "race cat" and it's not as loud as i had expected. It sounds pretty ballsy at idle, which, surprisingly, has a pretty "mean, low rumble".

So if I just get the 4-2-1 header and no race cat I won't get a CEL?

You shouldn't, just use the 2nd o2 bung provided on the header (on the flex pipe, in the same position as the 1st o2 bung on the stock exhaust, before the cat) and you'd then just tighten down the bung "cover" for the first o2 bung, on the header (on the 4th primary, and yes, the header comes w/ the cover for that bung) (more of a bolt, but same idea, for lack of being able to come up with a better name for it)

do you live close enough to the border where you can have it shipped somewhere in the US, drive across the border, pick it up, then go back home to Canada. wink.gif

Default Cuda Kit In Canuckville?

first, I apologize for not getting to these posts sooner, spilled a bit of coffee on the keyboard, and now... welll.. time for a new one. lol

now then

they ship using FedEX.

i just got an email back from ssautochrome and they said that International Orders of this size are listed as commercial samples, so that should take care of your shipping concerns to Canada.

It is definitely worth it. I have been running the header for some time now and love it. Sounds great and you won't believe the torque difference out of the engine.
