My car is bleeding HUGE amounts of oil.

Yeah, 725 sounds like what it should be idling at. That open tube was causing a vacum leak and thus raising your idle speed.
Sounds like a toasted PCV thats stuck open... idle air comes in through the valve cover, and boost leaves through the valve cover. PCV stuck open.

well Ill be damn...I was always wondering about that. Yeah my car has been idling at 794-800rpms for a couple years now...no wonder my gas milage sucked all these years. I was only getting 27-32 at the most. 27 stock mixed driving and 32 hwy city was 28...NOW I get 25 hwy untuned with 290cc injectors and who knows my city driving...prolly 20-23....ugggg I knew that was a problem cause i was getting oil all inside my IM because the PCV valve was blowing it in...now i hear the boost is leaking and blowing it OUT.

Oh I did a test...it doesnt do it when Im not boosting...I dissconected the intake so it wouldnt boost and it stoped...no oil pouring out...go figure

UPDATE!!!!
Got a compression test done on my car 150 in all 4 cylinders!! it checked out now here was my other idea. it only blows out oil when Im boosting what if the excess preasure or HP is causing the oil to blow by the rings? the stock rings were not meant to handle boost. SO i checked with a buddy whos works on building turbo cars and what not and he said that thats prolly the cause. so he says 1. The vents on the valve cover are too smal and the preasure inside builds up so much it squirts oil out through them. so i need to enlarge them.
2. i need to get some better pistons and rings (got to get both to match properly)
SO its been solved and needs to be fixed but nothing wrong with the engine at all.

Hyundai's MINIMUM spec for compression on the 1.6l is 203psi. Standard compression is 218psi. Also, there should be no more than 14psi of variation between low and high cylinder.

Well I'll be dammed! I was having the exact same problem with my Accent, OIL EVERYWHERE. We pulled that motor and now running a spare N/A for the winter. The one that is out is getting mildly reworked over the winter months here to better equip it to handle boost. Nothing crazy, I don't want to spend thousands of dollars and blow it up when i can get used alphas for so cheap. I think we are looking at a re-ring and valve job and see how that holds for the spring. Keep us posted on the PCV valve solution, I may be looking at the same thing.

187 were did you get that info.? I just checked with 3 dealerships here in San Diego and they all say that you just dont want anything below 130 so i was at 150 they said thats normal, thats about where I need to be.

why does that matter? 4 times in all cylinders should reveal the same outcome as 2 or 3 times. I didnt do the test myself. i would never do that. I took it to a dealer because I want their results.
