i read through that. i have to say you are one of the reasons i visit here everyday because i think we have a good man doing good things for helping us. i hate to see that turn around. for me it's not even as much about the money as it is what we get in return. I have your carbon fiber EVO hood on my car, and it really is something to brag about. it's so good and my transaction was so good i'm just baffled at why it's so difficult to multiply that transaction. you sold the hood to odessitpashka, he paid, he was happy, hood came without a scratch. why can't you do that X 100?

it wouldn't hurt one bit to ask here for some advice. we've got some experienced older members who know the debt department and can tell you to stay away from loans. maybe it's not the help you need, but it looks to me like you're taking loans on top of loans, and by doing that your plans have to be more advanced.

my advice to you would be to stop for a second. stop paying people to do work before they do it like hotshot. you're out of cash and they didn't touch your car, instead ruined it for months!

your situation sounds complicated yet you seem motivated and are learning from your mistakes. i'm afraid that if you keep going like this you'll find yourself in a hole with people after you. the business is here, you have our support and have had nothing but for two years but how can we support you if there's nothing to support?

it's great that you are excelling with angel eyes, but it should be the stuff that's hot and big to feed you like the evo hoods and bumpers. you could have just straight sold those out first one after another for a period of time, made serious cash, stop, then move to another project ONE by ONE. instead you did everything at once. that's not how business is done. business has to be expanded. at some point where it is stable they restructure themselved and expand their terrirory by building new locations and hiring new people. then, the new people can work so business is doubled and business makes double the money. once that's done, do it all over again hire more people they sell more parts... look at starbucks, mcdonalds, chipotle, wal-mart!

you need to take it easy and import f*cking trenz needs to stop dicking you around. if they had made the parts in the first place you wouldn't have a problem with them. plus you say they lost your cowling mold... you could have sold that like hotcake man that could have saved you from all this mess and i would have personally been happy. now instead of the cowling which for every sold you could have made so much money, you're going through a bunch of trouble to sell out angel eyes!!!!

i think we're prepared to give you the alotted time to get things straightened up, i'm sorry to hear about your misfortunes but you've got so much going for you why not start stepping up and putting your foot down? like i said, you made money from ME and i'm happy, why not make that happen again and again? instead you replace that happiness with some sweaty loan for some other part...

i'm not pissed, just a little let down because if things had been taken care of one by one first and foremost from the start, you would be having an epidemic of sales.

but thanks.

You guys all should know that you're my personal university. I have so much respect from the members here who have given a helping hand, and helped steer me in the right directions for so long. I honestly love you guys.

Now back to manly man stuff. On the topic of Loans. I need to clear up the confusion I'm sure I created through my monster posts. First off, I dont want loans. Loans to me, are bandaids on the skin when there is internal bleeding going on. I dont want, and dont take loans. BUT, I'll update you on the neccessary steps I have taken recently. I have about 15,000-20,000 dollars I need right now. Not all of that is debt, but it is necessary. Now if I were to get a loan for 20,000 dollars, I could find myself in the same shoes I'm in now, only way worse and also down the road when I should be making money, not owing money.

The only money I'm borrowing for any of this, is the 2000 dollars to pay off my balance with Import Trenz come monday. I have the money, and all I need is to write up the contracts for them to sign, stating that I own the molds I've paid for so far, and that they'll be quick about my new projects that are being fully funded finally. Basically, they'll sign that if they lag, I take my molds and leave. In a way its like pushing them around a bit to get done what we need with no nonsense or they loose the account. I'm also working on some of this stuff with some new help thanks to Redzman, and you'll all know soon enough about that joint venture!!! It just means all these projects for you guys.

Hey Chris, I will get at you on here since I dont see you around too often elsewhere. I see what your going through and wish you the best. I hope it all works out for you and I really hope it works out for all your customers.

I want that CF diffuser. I know there are bigger things on your plate and thats fine. Just remember I am one of the investors and have waited very patiently without any nagging or rushing you. Whenever you do get back on top let me know and hook me up with a good deal on it as I have been wanting this for a few months now...

Best Regards
-Kyle

As of tomorrow, I'll have as many CF Diffusers as you guys can handle. I'm also thinking about incorporating it into one of the other rear bumpers I have so the RD guys can get them as well. We're looking like about 3100 dollars to invest into these projects tomorrow guys smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif

Huh?

Chris, you need to get the list of projects going, and which one is the LONGEST overdue, so we can get that one fixed first. You should NOT be working any new projects at all, unless you are just discounting all of us now because you got some money in. Don't forget, there are a LOT of folks that just want a refund.

Sorry for that, let me clarify. The CF diffusers are already in production, and have been since October. Thats nothing new, its just something that can start shipping now. The idea on incorporating the diffuser to a rear bumper, is just that, an idea. There are NO new commitments.

I didn't fill you in about me and Bill yet, but you'll be hearing some new details from both of us quite soon. I need to finalize everything with him, get some papers signed, and get these projects rolling. Again, not new projects, but the first one we'll tackle wont be the oldest, that will be the second project. What we need OFF THE BAT, and we've agreed on already, is the RD2 Evo hood. There is no reason to delay on that, because as of tomorrow, I'll have a zero balance with import trenz, and enough cash to get the first run of the hoods done. This means when they are done, the first 5 guys will get them, and 5 will be available through Bill. The next run, me and Bill will sell them together, be it through his site or mine, we'll both make money on each sale. Again, there are details that dont need to be public, but that at least vaguely explains how and why we'll have some RD2 Evo hoods in two weeks.

The only way I'm giving any money to Import Trenz, is if they sign my contract agreeing to slam out the project, and do so in a VERY timely mannor. Now that we can move to another company, they have to work to keep the account. Plus since Bill has come into the picture, we'll have not just twice the weight to push around, but multiple times the amount FlyRyde ever had with I.T.

Its very good stuff happening here behind the scenes, and Bill could not have contacted me at a better time. He's not helping me pay off my debt, he's helping me strat production on stale projects. Basically, its not like anyone is giving me a loan here to make everything better temporarily, rather, we're getting projects that will continue to generate new income everytime they sell, and once we pay off each project, we'll move on to the next. This way, we'll start with the oldest (after the RD2 Evo), and work forward from there until me and Bill have about 10-15 new products selling. THEN, and ONLY THEN will we begin expanding into any new production, which we'll keep quite until they're in stock ready to ship.

Sound fair? Its a lot of work, but a great system to shoot out these projects you guys have all been wanting for so long. Where the profits go aren't nearly as important to me with the Hyundai product, as the fact that my community finally gets its payoff for working with me all these years!

That's wrong. Just because JonGTR is in on it and filed a FBI fraud complaint, they come first out of projects that have been waiting for over a YEAR? Completely wrong thing to do in my opinion. What, do I have to file and get others to file a FBI Fraud complaint about the Wiper Cowls or other old projects to get them done in the proper order? This completely discounts all of the OLD time members that have been waiting for, and I say again, OVER a year for their PAID for products. Airram strut bars, wiper cowls, Cadamuro hoods, fenders, whatever else.

Anyone else agree?
