Even though i do not have money invest for parts...I wanted to purchase things from you i.e. Shifter bushings...
But because you were dicking people around and from what i have read and hear about you from certain members on here, it made me think that you are real shady...but after i after reading your 2,000 word essay...LOL...
I know that you were just over your head...we all do it in some sort of fashion.
But the key thing is that for everybody to be able to trust you, you must tell the truth and if you have nothing to report about what is going on then let us know. But, I understand why you have not posted updates but that is no excuse, at least give us something...
the major thing is now you building your trust back up with members of this site, by coming though on promises that you make...
Hopefully everything will work out for the good...When it does is because you made a huge change in how you learn how to run a good business

You could have carried our faith twice as long as you have if you had only come here with updates. We asked you countless times to do so, and it just so happens that you come back the day we threaten you with legal action?
I'm sure our reports are gonna take some time to get processed. And if you're telling the truth about getting IT their payment tomorrow, then we can cancel our disputes, and you'll have nothing to worry about. Right?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (tibby01 @ Feb 15 2007, 06:42 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>im all for getting stuff moving, but thought we were going to give him until the end of the month?</div>
No one else made that agreement. I think it's way too long to wait a month while he visits the site every day and ignores us. The filing takes a while to get processed. So waiting a month for Chris, then waiting another month for filing is way too long.
It's not that hard for me to go back to the IC3 site and click "cancel".

Considering how rough it is to start up a business, I can understand. With the little expo business I started, I invested $6500 just for the first show. It's been running a few months, and every month I waste $1,000 in advertising that does not yeild results to even pay for itself. This month I spent $1500 on radio and print, and it only yeilded $200. It's rough! So, I can understand. But you gotta be updating people. I'd like to see all of this resolved by the end of April.
I know a ton of people dont care about my woes, or the drama of starting a business. As far as giving timelines. I'll try here. Lets see,
Anything related to Import Trenz should be either refunded or shipped after I sell a few CF Hatches, some of the new Evo hoods, and get the king kits finally done. I know its not his fault, but I'm still waiting on Mad Machine to ship them to me, and I paid out 400 bucks months and months ago for those.
As far as Vics hood, it does suck I didn't replace it with my own coin by now. I should have. I was waiting on BAX Global to pay me the insurance money for it, which they never did??? Now Rick should have known better off that bat, but got impatient, HAD to have the kit right away, and wanted the bad kit. Then I'm walking around VDI with the owner Louis, who is one of the only other big companies that backs me up, and everytime I see him I'm asking him to ship out new kits in return for old ones. I gave everyone a shot, told them before they sent cash to wait, did everything I could besides flat out told them to shut up, keep the money, and I wouldn't take the order. What the hell else can I do when somebody doesn't listen to my advice on shipping? Now I gotta beg one of my key accounts for annoying favors everytime I see him. I have to keep the long term goal supported, and that doesn't mean pissing off my suppliers over a customer who should have listened.
Here's another thing. I dont think the public opinion could be any worse with FlyRyde, so I'll start posting sales I didn't want to to get people parts quick, that others are waiting for me to afford for them. I have guys like Ericy321, BigTre, and Peter waiting on me for VDI kits. I dont post sales on them because I have orders that haven't gone out, and it'd make everyone mad if I'm posting more sales to "rip more people off". I need to just post up these sales to possible make enough profits to buy all the kits I'm behind on. Each company I've stopped pushing because I'm behind on, could easily generate its own fix.
Is it insane to think that selling VDI kits for 1000 bucks again would be a bad thing to get the rest of the kits sent out? I mean, they're at VDI, sitting in boxes waiting to be shipped. I love bringing money to them, since I usually move so damn slow on orders. I have zero reason to hold the money, use it for something else, or go to Vegas with it. I can take any new orders, have them shipped immediately and use the bit of profit from them to buy the next kit that I've been waiting to ship till I can afford it.
Another money maker is Sun Automobile. I had a meeting with them only yesterday to start bringing in at least 1500 of purchase orders every 2 weeks. That means I make a certain amount of profit no matter what as long as I'm hitting my quota. That money in the first 2 weeks is enough to send out the 2 orders that were never shipped from Sun, which led me to stop sales because they didn't refund the money their employee stole from me. But I'll start those sales back up as well now. Today.
My angel eyes, have been shipping like mad lately. I have been stocking up on everything, and shipping them at least 5 kits a week lately. That means that besides the time it takes, that's all profit. I've been using the money to pay off these debts, usually one guy at a time.
So lets say that Import Trenz generates 2000 dollars in profits this month, and we have the new Evo Hoods for the RD2 by the first week of March. Then first the people who dont want product, who just want refunds will get them. I haven't lost parts shipped to me, I've given everything to Import Trenz, but they just haven't done anything figuring I wouldn't be able to pay the bill. They're probably right for doing so. But if I can make 2000 with I.T. then that means in 2 weeks we'll see refunds for people who ordered and want cash no product. Meaning everyone who wants out of the CF Cowling GB can get out.
Sun Auto will fix itself in the next two weeks. VDI will fix it self by the end of March. APE just moved, but likely wont have bars shipped until the end of Feb, early March. I'm waiting on some bushings to go out for everyone, but I cant ship them now, and hopefully Tom gets it taken care of for me. I'll call him today.
Hotshot will finally be taken care of even if I have to take out another loan to do it. I'd rather be paying a monthly rate on a loan, then having 10+ people super pissed at me. FlyRyde will do well whether you guys support it any longer or not. That goes for everyone on this site. The fact is, that I'm not Bradley saying its everyone elses fault, and I'm not getting pissed at the sh!tty comments. You guys deserve everything you've said and more. I look way worse than I am in all of this, and realistically just dived in way over my head, and took on money from people like it was all a big gift. Business is a rough road with little room for error, and because you guys at least gave me the benefit of the doubt for so long, I got through the hardest parts and kept going. Now from that point on, you'd done enough already. You dont have to buy another thing, respond to a single one of my threads, or do a damn thing to support FlyRyde, and you'll watch it grow and hear others talking about it. Whether or not you choose to bad mouth me all over the internet, I hate to say is all on you guys. I pray you dont, but this is the internet, and people aren't always forgiving.
I know I posted only 5 hours ago, but I said I would, and I'll keep on it. I wont worry about pissing anyone off with new sales, or holding back anything here. I wont snap at anyone because I'm overwelmed, but I wont be affraid to defend the little good still in my name here. As far as a lot of the people I saw as friends around here, well, I guess business swallowed that up, and I can get by with the few I still have left.

We can't stop you from continuing your business, but we have to look out for the members. Things only got bad when you stopped posting. We realize that you need to sell products to make money, and to continue your business, and to pay off debts. We all understand this, and want you to continue to do that, but we need to know that you're not "running off with the money". If you don't respond with updates, then that is what people are gonna think.
We want to help you, but we need things from you in return. If you promise to keep coming back with updates, then I'm sure we can work something out.

Even the updates are getting a little repetitive..not that I really have tons of money invested with you, but I'd REALLY like to see these parts get made. Now, its time for results, products, pictures. Not just updates.
Updates aren't good enough. That much I know, and its just taking the flack that I need to take that keeps me away. I'll just deal with it though. Its just rough on the spirit. And as for repitition, well, yeah man, nothing has somehow changed how it all went down. I've had to spit out more than I ever wanted to about how things started and continued. Honesty is all I have left at the moment. I didn't ever plan for Hotshot to fall through on the products, and I never intended for Import Trenz to take payments for new hoods and put them towards my balance instead. I didn't see Hiro at Sun Auto running off with my money, so I had him sign a contract, and still, nothing I can do there unless I can actually find him when he's not in Japan and take him to small claims. I can't make Tom at APE do a new run of traction bars unless I pay for them with my cash, and I cant steal the VDI kits I need to pay for.
I'll just keep showing up everyday as promised, and letting you know who's been refunded on what. That way you'll know whats going on as much as anyone does, whether its good or bad. Look, you guys have been there for me through all of this, and I appreciate that. I'll just work through it, and post about each step as I go.

Yes, I needed it right away. But I trusted that it wouldn't be a problem to get it installed because a lot of people from this community thought so highly of you. I wasn't aware that the kit was "bad". It was on the FR site saying that it would fit the 96-2001 Tibs, thats why I bought it. I wouldn't spend that kind of money on something if I knew it wouldn't fit.
The last PM I sent was in November, and you said you would send me the couple bolts and pics or what ever to make it work. I was told they were out of stock, but it should be soon. I haven't said a word since then because I obviously knew you were overwhelmed. I had no intention of filing any kind of complaint, I was just going to cut my losses. But I would really like this kit to be on the car.

I'll call VDI this morning, and make sure they have the bolts back in stock. I'll drive a good 40 miles to get them, and ship them out ASAP. I want you to have the kit on the car, and didn't mean to sound like a dick, I just know I had a whole thread about the kits having issues. It took VDI over a year, and them using three of my tiburons, for a total of about 2 months to get these kits right. Trust me when i say I didn't do that so I could get free kits, it was so that I could sell their kits to you guys at a good price. They have the best stuff, and I wanted you all to have a piece of that. Now I have to start making the sales again, and at least get you taken care of on the issue of the counter sunk bolts and brackets. Sorry for the wait, and you were very patient, so thank you smile.gif
