I got it on, but I can't get it to look like more than a big blob (with very defined edges) on the existing clear coat. I tried sanding it down, but ill just end up sanding the other clear coat and scratching it. Idunno though. I give up. I dont really care anymore.

 

You're supposed to wait for a few days until it cures, then you use rubbing compound.
