That's just a knockoff of the Veilside hood.

I don't like the design of that hood, but I do think there is a market for fiberglass. I would go for a stock looking fiberglass hood. I personally don't like the two tone look or the high price carbon fiber brings with it.

Ive got to agree i think the Carbon fiber look is a US thing, personally i think it looks like someones had a crash and they are waiting to get it resprayed. On the other hand i wish that one was available in the UK for a gen 1. A hood that lets the air escape, nicely moulded and can be resprayed to the original colour with nice smooth lines.

Yeah. If anyone knows where I can get a FG hood, that's what I want. CF is overrated, I don't like the look, and if you paint it, what's the point?

Besides, I've got my Cadamuro Hood Scoop to mold in now...

damn, for $249, that is a good fricking deal.

I paid WAY more than that for my Zefiro fiberglass hood.

After having a CF hood, and a FG good, I prefer the FG hood. It's not as light, but it is more rigid and easier to take care of and easier to fix.

I think that CF is over rated, and I'm not a fan of the "CF" look unless it is a black or dark car. But hey, to each his own. I think that is a decent hood for a decent price.

Consider they want $350 for just the SCOOP on this hood!!!
