i think it's normal fade. think that comes from the heat? it fades to yellow overtime. you might want to think about ordering a new headlight from a scapyard, or just buy the glass KDM lights which obviously are glass and are almost indesructable.
there's no fixing fade, but there is a way to patch your lens of debris holes same with eye glasses.

^ glass ones are only in korea. i want them bad. our excel headlights were glass... but they're super expensive, like $300+USD. they are heavier, but won't get stone chips.
i'm not going to support kdmstuff.com or kspec.com, because their definition of customer service is different than ours but so far that's the only place you would have any chance of getting them.
i wonder if there exists a liquid solution that you can dip the plastic lens in to get it to unfade, like those copper or tin tea sets but for plastic. i have to look that up, i'm sure there is something out there and we are all missing out on here. i'll ask my brother who is a chemist.
my driver's lens is fading horribly as well. it looks annoying.
