Default Looking for some feedback on a 3d model.

I am working on a 3d animation and I had this great idea to incorporate a Tib for epic awesomeness. Just started yesterday but I am much MUCH further than I ever expected to get. Looking to get some feedback from other RD owners and especially those with Veilside kits. There are about 6 inches (give or take) added to the width for epic awesome and I did take liberties with the vents on the front. Really need some good critical feedback to make this killer!

That's amazing. Awesome work. Check your rear wheel though. it's too far back.

Very nice, except I'm not crazy about the front being based on the Vader style bumper. Never particularly cared for it (Majik being the one exception), and since you're modeling it, you could try something different with it. At least redesign or remold the "scoop" looking thing on the far front left and right corners.

Otherwise, it's looking sick!

Just some constructive criticism

The scoops in the bumper should be more rounded at the top. The sideskirt scoop takes up more space between the wheel and door, and should be a little higher and taller with the curve of the skirt rolling into the scoop.

Oh, and no emblem on the front bumper.

BUT, it does look great. Good work on the 3D, and nice wide-body fenders

rear wheel looks to far back like HKC said.

looks like some distortions in the front fender also you might want to smooth out.

Big thx guys!

@HKC & Socks: Thx for the heads up! Fixed the rear wheels first thing this morning and started on the rear bumper.

And that fender ripple was a misplaced vert that should have been fused to the one ahead of it, guess it escaped. I'm use Blender 2.49b for the models.

@Majik: The emblem is there for Hyundai pimpage in the video. It's a no profit deal so I really want to show as much detail as I can (no worry about Hyundai trying to sue me, at most a cease and desist), plus the opponents cars are big names and I want that shock value when a Hyundai runs up on them. Funny you post that pic too, I was using that 2nd as one of my references I did see the scoop issue, that's being addressed, I also reworked a bit of the skirt so it should more represent the real VS. Thx man for all the input man

@StrikeEagle: Yeah, it's gunna be the played out Veilside kit. Maybe a bit of jealousy mixed with lust but I think it's one of the sexiest bodies on the road. I toyed with some of the front but it's not changing much, sorry man ;p The back will get a nice refresh though. I have big plans for the rear aero and I have a nice design for the mirrors in mind.

I'll post up the fixed pics soon. This is awesome input

Kick ass! It took me a bit too, and I did the sparks and fire method as well. Tutorials/instructions are for after craps broken

It's been a busy week so very little got done but I did get the back pretty close to how I wanted it.

The sides still have a few verts that need reworking, but it's coming along imho

At this point I am hitting the roof, but I need some good ideas for the hood and spoiler. I'm torn on both so please post some pics for reference. Big thx in advance guys!
