^ Yeah but a NACA duct is more useful on a hood or something as it helps draw air through from an area that would normally deflect the air-flow. This hole is already forward facing.

u didnt even cut the hole in front of the pod as u call it. the way u have it there will be no changes. it does nothing. it might not hydrolock faster but thats the only thing i could think of why u did this but oh well we all make mistakes.

im not smoking anything and im definatly not blowing smoke up this guys ass like u are.
1. there is plenty of air down there
2. the splash gaurd is not air tight
and 3. air travels through the headlights and through the fogs aswell as the 6 inch of nothing to the engine side of the filter.
ya i second thee advice of making it less noticable aswell!
did u even try taking out your fog b4 u did this to see if thee was any diference? because there would be none.
anyway good luck with this and i hope no one copys this.

silent, im sorry but you are wrong. it will help. it is located in a very high pressure area. that hole will almost have air being sucked through it due to the pressure difference. the area for the filter will now be pressurized more so than it was. normally there is a huge vaccuum in there because of the engine sucking the air in, and now it will be lessened a bit.
the difference probably is very small, but there is a difference. do i think it is worth having a hole in your bumper? no. but he is just experimenting because he might be getting a different bumper.

but i do know that unless your intake is somehow connected to that hole it will not help. its cool that your experimenting but its way ugly man. maybe my posts are to direct, but i guess i can sugar coat things like every1 else. anyway good luck
