yessir, i did. when i used a heat gun to shrink it, more bubbles appeared. and where one part started to stick/dry, that's where it pulled off a tiny bit of chrome. i figured, if the heat from the bulbs did bad things to the tint, i didn't want to drop a couple hundred to get 2 new headlight housing. i probably could have done it, but didn't want to take the risk of messing up something expensive.

yeah you can put the haloz anywhere you want man. Jaws021 has em in his car and he has some hot ass HIDs in there with the Angel Eyes, no problems at all heat wise.

oh, and FYI, i noticed today that the tint actually left a slight stain to the chrome. so that one light has a very very light yellow tint to it now. you can't see it at all with the haloz on though.
