Tibbychick, what kind of distance improvement have you seen with your setup?

Well its a lot better than stock but still, I want them to go up a little bit, but it seems like you can only adjust them up so high. Theyre def. better than stock though

the eurodesignz are good bulbs. fairly bright, and have a lifetime warranty on them. they will not melt any wires either because they do not increase the wattage of the bulb. it is when you see 100W bulbs that you will have a problem. more wattage means more heat, and 100w bulbs will be much hotter than the stock rating of about 55W.

I'm glad the euro dezigns bulbs are good. They seem fine, just not very high on lowbeams. I bought them thinking that I'd need bulbs when I bought new headlights, but the new lights came with a sets of sylvanias. I just kept them as spares. I guess I'll try the HID conversion, when I get the front of the car fixed. Drive the truck at night, until then tongue.gif

if you can find it, there is a pic of the lens that blacktibs took for me, its fairly thick (the actual lens, not the plastic on the outside) but i dont remember what the thread was named.

the korean lamps are plastic for 2nd gen tibs.....the actual PROJECTOR lens itself is glass on both us and kdm spec 2nd gen headlights.....I have a set sitting in my office at work (and no you cant have them, they are being sent to blacktibs for halo and lunar accent installs, soon, very soon)

1st gen headlights : US plastic outer lens, KDM glass outer lens, different bulbs (h1 for both beams in the kdm housings, i believe) and again the actual projector lens is glass in both versions.

now if you want to do something really cool, get the european versions....they have switchable auto/manual aiming.
