OOOH, i get what you mean now. It was the first thing i was thinking that you meant but wasnt sure. I still like the other way better, but i guess to each his own, i just dont like my tib to look like that, but by the shop you did to your car it looks pretty sweet.

What i did ask to the guy is to mold the rear pods like you did on your shop. I told him to make the rear bumper look as if it was one whole piece, to take away the groove. I just hope he understood, he said that he would do it so i guess he did understand. The times i went over there he hadent even touched the bumpers, and he just told me what he was gonna do with the front bumper but nothing on the rear, so i had to reminde him... anyway i will have to keep going every weekend to check on the progress.

On the hood note, i think it will look great, I'm more anxiouse than you are to see the final product, i already want to have my car back!! lmao.gif

 

Mostly paint/airbrushing. Its going to be in the shop for most of the winter anyway (free storage), but the wing is definitely coming off. I'm still not sure if the shark spoiler is the way to go or not.

With the paint, you can barely see it in my sig, but the front bumper has shadowing on it, so thats going to be added to the rear as well. (the Zefiro Evo front that I have as a back up will also be repainted). I'm going with a slightly different silver, and keeping the shark theme. The graphic is coming off (obviously), but there will most likely be something painted in its place with a heavy flake. I'm putting white LEDs in the vents of the side skirts so that they will light up the shark on the side and highlight the flake. To top it all off I'm probably going to add a pearl to it as well.

The interior is going to be ripped apart to have all the pieces colour matched to the exterior, and I have a little surprise in store for the trunk..again...keeping with the shark theme. fing02.gif

I have one more show left this weekend, then its off to the body shop. I got off lucky having the Zefiro front as a back up. I destroyed the one in the sig on the way home from Ohio back in October. I actually pick it up tonight, it was fixed for free wink1.gif

Yeah, I'm hoping that it comes out exactly how I want it to. My only problem is coming up with a design for the shark thats going to be airbrushed. I like what I have now, but the vinyl isn't holding up, and paint looks better, I just suck when it comes to art.

RIX, i liked that shark you had on the car, i say have that basic design without the SHARP lines, and have it blend in with different greys, and follow the tib lines a bit more..

LOL, wait up you guys. The body shop called me yesterday to inform me that the car will be done by the end of this week, they are planning on haveing it before Thanksgiving. I'm just hoping the weaks goes pretty fast so i can have my car back. When i get my baby back i will post pics. Hopefully i will be takeing it to Mount Lemon in Tucson to take some scenic (sorry the grammar) pics for some eye candy for you guys. fing02.gif
