If you're talking about exterior PARTS you can add that will change the appearance of your car, then everything everyone has posted in this thread is a good way to start off. However, if you're looking for something a little more unique to add to the the styling, and want to pay just a little more, then I'm partial to these modifications:

1) shaved door handles (I made a FAQ on HP on how to do this)
2) molded bumpers, sideskirts, rear spoiler
3) light conversions
4) molded vents, ducts, scoops
5) custom paint
6) shaved body and/or roof lines
