Definately, do NOT buy some heavy ass chromed or other rims. Make sure you get classy, good looking, LIGHTWEIGHT rims. Nothing will piss off your performance more.

haha.gif And the weight reduction from that mod is SICK YO! but seriously...I would say if you have decided that you're going to do an exterior mod, you should change your mind and do a performance upgrade...lol or if you really want to do the exterior mods go like this:

M3 mirrors
Wide Fenders from Flyride (GB going on now)
Tint
Angel Eye Headlights
Euro style taillights
Lightweight rims
Body kit
Underglow
Mesh Grill Inserts (see DIY section, cost you $5 at home depot and an hour)
Clear corners

And that's all I can really think of right now as far as exterior without getting a crazy paint job or something. But as you see...the only one that is really "cheap" is the Mesh grill inserts. Other than that, it's pretty much just cheapER.

here's a question: Are there any companies making all amber front corners? I think they look good on some of the civic hatches and have been interested in finding a pair of them. Anyone know if they are made?

^ I don't think they exist... I've never seen all amber ones. But you could get some amber-coloured transluscent vinyl & make them yourself. I've seen pics of a Tib (sorry, can't remember who's) where the guy had put amber vinyl on his rear tails where the indicators are. I've also seen more than a few cars with crimson red coloured vinyl over the whole taillight too.

Found a pic of the Tib I was on about...
