Nope...I'm still waiting on Rob of HP.com. It's his gig, I'm just going along to offer my services, take photos collect data.

i'm skeptical of the Injen CAI version that random has a pic of...but for the price i'm getting, even if it is so short, it's still better than the stock POS. But i'll see for myself when it comes in and let yall know. Considering the retail price they think its worth, i just cant buy it that its a POS or a bad design...

but if it is, or if it isnt, either way i'll let ya know. it should be in at the end of this week, and installed next week after WIC. wink
ok i've had my Injen for several weeks now, and i gotta say i ****in LOVE this intake! more HP to the wheels, more throttle response, GREAT sound...and an increase in fuel effeciency by 20%!

oh and Kelly who got the same intake at the same time went to the dyno...and is putting 125hp to the wheels in his 5 speed...

Soon as TSRs is out for everybody to buy and KORE releases their new intake I believe they're going to do it. I personally, can't wait!

As far as I know, the 300 (suggested retail price; you could actually get it for some less) CAI from injen advertised for the tiburon, is the one developed by Injen's Racing Division (though, that doesn't automatically make that CAI a racing CAI). AND, that CAI drops the filter down and front, but not directly into the fender well, but next to the radiator.
Correct me please if I'm wrong, but that's what I understood from Random's post.

Zman, you are correct, and it is a Race Division CAI.

The actual going price is anywhere from $180-$230, and that really depends on if you get the polished or the anodized red or anodized blue intakes. wink

May I ask if you have dyno sheets of your buds car STOCK, so everyone here can compare them to the dyno sheet you claim of 125 whp??? I'm sure he got copies, thanks, it's just better for NEWBIES to understand what a dyno sheet looks like too, and understand the difference, also in the dyno did he get a gain in Torque?
