I've tightened mine several times and it just won't stop! Anything else I can do? It only happens when the engine is cold... once it warms up it's fine... but when the car starts cold, it squeels for about 15 seconds.. .then it will squeel everytime I turn the wheel OR if I turn the A/C on

Perform this troubleshoot to find out exactly which component has the binding bearing:

Loosen the belt on each of the accessories one by one, and then start the engine after each accessory belt has been loosened. Loosen the belt just enough to allow the pulley to spin freely with no resistance. When the squealing stops after a certain accessory belt has been loosened, inspect that unit for bearing wear. Good luck.

well if you tighten the belt and throw some dressing on there it'll help but if you have lightened accessory pullies then its going to sqeal all winter long heh.
