Alright so I checked webtech and the boot I'm looking for is for the control lever/selector lever. Can anyone help with a place to buy. I know dealership but maybe somewhere online?
Redz I checked out the spacers on outlaws site. I'll have to watch the funds since now I have to do this new clutch. On my nerves a little because right before the engine blew I put a new clutch in. Your probably thinking damn this guy has bad luck with the tibs, yeah but I've put to many hours now to just give up on the tibs.

well u set it at 0 wich is the middle. then u can adjust 12 degrees back(retard) or 12 degrees forward (advance)
you install it by seting the origional timing marks. take off the center bolt of the camshaft. take off stock pulley. then put new pulley on. once its on and tight u loosen the 5 bolts and you can adjust your cam. the point of it is to be sorta like a distributor where u can advance your car or retard it to give more power at lower or higher rpm's. it also moves your bowerband wink1.gif
anymore questions let me know

Thanks silent.
Oh thought about a new question what size flywheel will fit in my 97 1.8L tib, 41mm or 35mm?
Still looking for a point in the right direction on getting a new boot for the control lever/selector lever thats attatched to the trans housing. Yeah could go through a dealer but wouldn't mind checking around online first unless its a real cheapo on a replacement.

Did a little research this morning and I can go to any motorcycle dealer and pick up the boot because its so small. Also get them in different colors too. Not like right there it will be a big wow thing but I'm going to head out to the local motorcycle dealer and see what I can get. I post up what I got so later if someone needs the same thing they will know what to look for.
I measured the surface of my flywheel from side to side and came up with 27m. How should I be measuring this and what size should I be getting?
