So got the voltage down to where I want it and it idles and drives fine. I have noticed that sometimes when I get on it, the throttle sticks for like a second after I left off. It doesn't always do it and somewhat think it's actually getting stuck. Any suggestions? I'm gonna try and tweak the cable after work to see if I missed anything.

Check for spots where it is hung on something else and sharp angles. It could also be that the throttle body itself wants to hang up, maybe disconnect the cable and see if it has a little baby sticking point at wide-open.

So took a look and nothing appears to be causing it to stick.. what really happens is sometimes it will rev higher on its on when I let off.. hoping it's not a voltage thing.

So with the assistance of the gf, I had her push the gas pedal while I watched the movement and noticed that the Ford tb cable bracket was getting stuck on the IAC hose. I'm currently running a 3/4" heater hose but need something more flexible to replace it. Think everything is finally coming under wraps though.. All in all, I'd say it was worth it.
