never reset ECU after BBTB it eventually adjusted(its been installed for a long time)

They SHOULD be good, but I'd pull them and check them out. They can tell you a LOT. I'd also get your wires tested.
For the BBTB adjustment, take off the elbow in front of the TB and adjust that sucker till you see the valve sitting open a bit. Start the car and back off the idle adjustment until it's idling at about 900 RPM.

UPDATE
changed spark plugs, wires, and also adjusted the idle screw on the BBTB. NO CHANGE
It seems as if every time i come to a stop it will stall or if im driving and a put it in Neutral i stall.
I can give it some gas and eventually get it to idle, but then once i have to come to a stop same problem.
Anyone?

Why is this guy here?
Does he have a Tib?
His sig says he has a 99 Elantra, so maybe he should be asking the ppl at HP.
It's not that I'm against ppl visiting, but this is a site for RD owners isn't it?

Jeesuss, that got a good bite.
Don't get all shite faced with me. I was just pointing something out. My point is that he has registed here, but does not have an RD, which I thought was not allowed. As I said, I don't have a problem with ppl visiting and asking questions, but the site isn't here for ppl who like to beat up on hondas, it's here for ppl how own RD Tibs.
I've seen ppl chased off here becdause they have gen3 Tibs, so where's the line drawn (looking your way REDZ).
