I only had 98HP on my GT ... I feel so cheated ... sad.gif That 105HP was the sole reson I bought it. It wasn't because it is fully loaded and still cheaper than anything in its respective class.

I'd rather have the warranty extension .... the damn A-arm on the passenger side is rusting through now. Wonder if this one will break while on the highway at 75mph ... rolleyes.gif Oh, and that damn fuel filter ...

How do ou know your GT only had 98?

Unless you revmoed your engine from the car, and dynoed the flywheel output, you have no clue if it was making 98 or 105

Bull****! I've had the 5 year roadside assistance for 3 years now. They extended it as a show of good faith. Now they're claiming it's to make up for the hp difference? What a crock.

Guys, isn't this old news? Hyundai admitted to overstating the power output of a couple of the non Beta engines here in Korea TWO years ago. I forget who discovered it.

uhh. so, is my 2000 tib affected? 2.0 liter? hope not. random, do you know? do the 2.0L still have 140hp?
