The TB's can ice up anytime the temp gets near freezing. In theory, they should stay plenty warm under the hood. However, if you put a "vent" or "scoop" on your hood, they stand a chance of freezing.
Also, I have YET to see a photo of the 4TB setup with any air filter on it. All of the photos I have seen, they end in velocity stacks (intake trumpets). You would have to fabricate some form of air cleaner to fit over each TB.

It's possible to put filters on each one correct? If it is I'll make 4 customs until SR comes out with them and then get 3 Filters and 1 SR CAI (I'm guessing the engine bay would only be able to have 1 CAI and the rest air filters). That sucks, I was planning on getting the CF Evo Hood, oh well. Yeh I have more then one car so the Tib can stay in the garage when the temp is way too low. I guess I'll be getting the non-vented CF hood, too bad, i think that Evo hood would looked nice with the Zefiro.

A CAI would be setup to be used with a single TB mounted horizontally. The Quad-TB's are mounted vertically, making a CAI just about impossible.

You could use 4 individual filters. K&N sells small filters for motorcycles with individual carb motorcyles, so I'm sure you could get 4 of them to fit.
