Not at all!!! The Intake cam is all you need for the GT swap.. The Exhaust cam is already good enough to make up for the longer duration and higher lift.. smile.gif

Beta motors (2.0L) only require that the intake cam to be replaced.

If you are going with a more aggressive cam with higher lift than you may need to replace both cams.

According to RPW, they do not reccomend replacing the exhaust cam, as the exhaust cam is too aggressive (according to them).

In know in Korea they do have 2 cam sets, but the majority of them are just intake cams, untill they get into the "crazy" cams in the high 260's and low 270's for duration.

The Stock 2.0L beta exhaust cam is the most "agressive" cam of the stockers, in terms of lift and duration. I'm wondering if the Beta1 exhaust cam would show a gain on the beta2...*anyone wanna play guinna pig?*
