why don't you check the obvious stuff first..
it's not very likely for the motor in the fan to go out man.
it has to be the power/ground wires, the connector clip, or maybe they aren't getting power at all, a fuse?

check the wires first thing first before you go spending money my man.

All right ill check again i checked all the fuses theyre good, the wires im not so shure though...i just new the fan wasnt turning with a hot wire straight off the battery, i hooked them up with a hot wire and a ground and it didnt spin at all it shouldve...if it woulve spun i wouldve just left the hotwire hooked up and aslong as my key was on my fan would be on...
