Yeah, just like he said, the testing is free.
As for how much Kragen would have them for, how the hell would we know?
CALL THEM.

Yeah im pretty sure its the alternator. Drove half a block and it died out and i had to push it back. What would you suggest? new alternator 174.99 or used alternator for $65?

Word dude. Just park it and leave it. Ask Tibbychick for a price on one of her alternators. I'm sure she's selling one. Charging the battery and driving it for a block is making it worse, and your probably going to kill another battery completely. Then your out another hundred bucks. Your probably frying fuses and everything else while your at it too.
Right now its parked there and i aint moving it. I really need to get my car running fast because school is gonna start this monday so im getting an alternator tomorrow. Either from kragen or JunkWArd. And i drove it today because there was street cleaning and i didnt want to get a ticket so i had to move it.
Alight, i hope finally everything is koo. I bought an 2000 Elantra Alternator and installed it through the rain. From 2 o'clock to 5 o'clock and a 30 minute storm break in between. To my belief, everything is running great. Thank you everybody for your inputs upon this topic. Thankyou
