would the block crack? anyway, what's the purpose of having an aluminum block instead of an iron block, well in fact aluminum deforms faster when hot? that goes too with the radiator, the aluminum and plastic materials of the rad make it impossible to repair and resolder.. i think it was the main cause why my gasket blew

i think it's the cylinder head that would crack.... if that's so, ouch!
maybe some company would make a ceramic cylinder... its immune to overheating

okay, i have dismantled the head this morning...
i have messed up with my mechanic twice tongue.gif
first, i lost the tiny spring at the center of the block which is on top of the small bearing... don't know what this is for?

and second, i can't get two of my spark plug wires... the other one i forced and the wire broke... tsk tsk tsk

any suggestions on how to disengage the stucked plug wires? (spark plug side)
