Compression Test Good!
Anyways, reliability + stock head + 30 psi = not there. Sure it might last a couple runs, but then stuff will break. You want a good reliable spinner, make the necessary upgrades with quality parts so you don't have to worry about it popping like rice crispy's.
You'll see gains all across the powerband by fixing your compression, upping the rev limit is still kind of retarded without fixing that first. And it sounds like a stock beta 2 head can take 7500, maybe 8k rev limit, as long as you're not driving to work in 2nd gear every day.

Dennistt99 does have a Beta 2 head as well...

Whoa, whoa, slow down. Where/who did you here/see this on? I'm not rev happy person, so maybe I'll wait for Denis to chime in since he's got a lot more experience with rev happy betas. So whose running 10,000rpm on stock heads and not having rods and springs fly through the valve cover?
exactly what tanc said I have never heard, read of anyone pushing their beta to 10k rpm healthy, but it is also true that yamaha did push his beta over 30 psi on I believe it was a stock head, maybe I am planning it wrong, really all I really want is a 0 mile engine with a turbo n a stand alone....

At this point, I think someone should probably ask, so here goes:
Why do you want that, and specifically how are you going for "a 0 mile engine" when you are starting out with an engine 50PSI low on static compression?
We don't mind seeing you spend your money -especially if you buy from the members here- but it really does seem like you have yet to make a serious evaluation of your goals for your car and the route you want to take to get there.
