cold air intake hardwre prob plz help

My ebay intake came with the fork and rubber bolt too, just after the MAF pipe. But (since it's a cheapo ebay intake), it was like 2 inches away from the bolt mount on top of the transmission. I just zip-tied it in place instead.



What do you expect for an ebay intake?!

In all seriousness, my CAI gave me an average of 5mpg (went from 28-33mpg) better than the oem intake. Exact same driving styles. I don't care if it adds power/noise, but I'll definitely take the gas mileage increase any day!

no intake in the world actually would add 5mpg unless your stock filter was made of clay.
