For the before dyno, I have all of the mods listed in my Garage page, minus the airram, PLUS the BIM from Tim.
No, those numbers aren't bad at all. COmparable for other tibs here with similar mods that I've seen dyno'd.
What are the corrected #'s? I have no idea. I DO know the Dyno shop is at about 6000 Feet.
What does it feel like? Feels like someone did something to my engine. More noise, more power for sure. I can get up to about 90 on the road I test run on, when I used to get up to about 80 if I was lucky before I ran out of road. These cams love to live above 4000 RPM, that's for sure.

Yeah red Im not sure where the garage is
wned lol
but I just had a timing problem, the way I checked myself was to set the notch in under the crankbolt on the pulley to 9oclock and the spot on the cam gear to tdc fing02.gif so maybe thatll help if you think your timing is off. Hopefully its just that your not used to the new cams feeling lol smile.gif

BTW, your fantastic 1.8L Cam DIY was VERY helpful in this. Thanks for the great writeup.
I don't think I understand what you are saying about Timing though.
No Idea.

Where is the garage page?
No Idea.
I have had a couple of people asking me about these. The price is $420 a set. They are regrinds and will require you to send in an original set to be ground and then returned to you. Shipping is included. I will set up a for sale page once I have talked with Redz about the final number

It's looking like it's going to be Tuesday when I get the after dyno done.
I've got some sound/video clips, and a bunch of pics of the install, and will post them later today. off for my first day of driving with these suckas!
OH, BTB, I WILL BE DONATING MY ORIGINAL BETA CAMS FOR A CORE, SO IF I GET A BIT OF CASH FROM SOME INTERESTED BUYERS, I WILL SHIP THESE TO THE MFR OF THE REGRINDS FOR YOU!!!

....K. So what mods did you have (in the before dyno)? lol.
Well seems how REDZ wont answer I will try to list em... hope I get it right.
aem cold air intake
tigerlilly 65mm throttle body
port and polished intake mani by tim
outlaw phenolic spacer kit throttle body and mani
maintech gt headers with magnaflow hi flow cat
light weight 16" rims
1.8 ecu
prd wires
pivot raizen grounding kit
full jspeed ud pulley kit (crank, water and power steering)
Thats should be it for the ones that would affect performance in the slightest. I'm sure REDZ will correct me if I miseed something.

I think you can get to the garage link from the other skins. Bring it up in the questions area, maybe Java will fix it.
The IM from TIM is a BIM. My headers are ceramic coated. I've done the double catch can reroute, MT90 Redline oil, damn, there's a bunch.
I'm glad AJ remembers it all. LOL
