i cant even find it in some auto stores.

just about everyone recommends that gear oil. i just replaced mine casue it was old, but a lot of people have gotten rid of grinding just by changing out their old oil with this.

Great. I'll be ordering that oil tomorrow. Do auto stores have lucas synthetic oil stabilizer, or should I order it tomorrow online as well?

auto stores do have the lucas oil stabalizer. they might even have the redline now. go look for the lucas and see if you can find the redline too.

There is drain plug on tranny.
To fill in oil you can use big squirt.
I think you can also unscrew rear-gear sensor an fill in throught that hole.


what is oil stabilizer?

oil stabilizer is an addictive to the oil that reduces temperatures, gives better frictions and a bunch of other good stuff!

When I put my mt90 and lucas in I went to pepboys and got a funnel with a long bendable neck on it, it works pretty well, you just have to wait a little bit for the fluid to drain into the tranny. But before that, I "engineered", hehe, 3 funnels at wierd angles to work.

sorry if i changing the subject, but to change the auto tranny oil, could be fine to use the Quaker ATF, or there is a better oil, like synthetic?
