Ok so sorry to bring up an old thread. But what if your fuel pump kicks on jumping it to power. And won't come on with the key. Installed new timing belt, water pump and crank sensor and still won't start. No fuel pressure...

 

Then its not getting power when you are cranking most likely. Make sure everything is good with your ckp and wiring.
