Well, your car has 2 horns for a reason.
Most folks don't know that, but I learnted it from Random.
LOL
Anyways, you have a High tone and a Low tone. Because lots of folks are tone deaf, but only to one or the other.
Anyways, either...
a. Follow the wiring back a bit and find where you can unsecure it so you can put the horn on elsewhere.
b. Extend the wires so you can put it elsewhere.
c. Remove the horn and hope you don't get in an accident.

I just buy a used AEM cai (thats why i posted in this topic), I've tried to install it but i realised that there was a part missing....those parts circled on the picture:

If someone know the exact dimensions of thoses part it would be very useful!

Once you get it you just have to take it to the hardware store to buy the nuts and washer for it.

You dont "need" it. It just helps to keep the filter end still and not shaky. When I swapped my cai from my auto to my 5spd that bushing wouldnt screw into the hole there because of rust. So I just let it hang, it sits on teh bumper and doesn't make any noise.
Just make sure the coupler on the maf is tightened properly and you wont have a problem.

yeah, you don't need the rubber piece. It helps with tightening for me, as I can get it tight as crap with that rubber mount piece, but when it's metal on metal, it's sometimes hard to get it flush and tight where it won't slip out while driving.
Try going without it. If you find that you need it, go buy one.
