I believe YaYa's stuff is lifetime warrantied too.
I'm a bit suspicious, I'd ask your mechanic how he knows they are blown. If he does not show them to you and point something out (it would be obvious if they were), he's probably saying so because of the extra shaking in the car now.

i did come across a set of 4 months old front and rear mounts that were ripped appart on a supercharged v6 tib...
the 4 "legs" inside the bushings were ripped out
and yes, the mounts were properly installed
