I just got home, and the whole court proceeding literally took about a minute and a half. The judge called me up, looked at the ticket, and I swear to god....actually sat there and laughed. He didnt even say what I was being charged for. He stopped laughing, looked at me, and said, "Dismissed...have a good night"

That's great and all, but you still got screwed. That was a complete waste of your time, the judges time, and your tax payers money. And believe me, those 2 seconds aren't cheap.
