Oh really? Dude, go read the legislation on it and find out for SURE what they say about it. Tell them you bought the car with those rims on it.
Someone is obviously f***ing with you, the Discount Tire deal, for example.

They sound like the Supertroopers of Emissions testing. Jerks. lol.
Australia is pretty tough when it comes to vehicle mods, cops have been caught on Australian online boards taking down regos and sending off defect letters for testing.

I'm pretty sure that my sisters spare tire will fit my car, So......
I'm gonna put two donuts on and go down and test it with the same asshole that refused me today. Cant wait to see the look on his face when he sees that! The testing place is only about 3 miles away, so the donuts should be okay for that short of a distance. If I get refused again, I may file a complaint with the city.

I understand what they're saying though..if he goes and because his car sits so low something gets scratched, he's gonna be pissed and try to blame it on the emissions company, they're just trying to release themselves of liability, so they made a policy of "no low-profile tires, or aftermarket rims." You can probably thank some jerk-off years ago who tried to screw the company and won when he had f***ed his car up himself, and it wasn't the company's dyno thing at all. Don't you have your stock rims anymore or what?
