Ok, but how is it "set in stone?" Have you contacted Graham yet? Have you posted it on any other boards? Have you set the date with Hutches yet?

I don't care which date is, but I'm concerned because it seems like you're setting the date here, on one board, while meanwhile, this has always been a mutilple board meet. Plus traditionally, it has always been on the same weekend every year, and now that you're suddenly deciding to change it, certain people that have been able to make it every year and live in the GTA aren't able to make it this year, or have no idea that it's a different date.

Like I said, I don't care what date it is; I can make it either way. But I know for a fact that Spawn and Rixshark can't make it, because their club has a meet to go to elsewhere, and most likely that means we'll be down a few more people as well that usually come to HS, because they're all part of the same club as Rick and Shawn. And if the locals can't make it, then what's the point of having this meet in the GTA?

Like I said on hp.com, why bother having this meet in the GTA on the 19th if HALF THE PEOPLE THAT USUALLY GO THAT ARE FROM THE GTA CAN'T EVEN MAKE IT? HOW IS THAT FAIR???

This meet was always organized by Graham, have you even spoken to him? You have taken it upon yourself to decide on at date because a few people here have said they can go. But what about all the other boards? This isn't your meet, this isn't an rdtiburon.com exclusive meet. This meet was always set up by GTAers, as it should be. Out of province and state Hyundai people are always welcome, but it's not really fair to just come in and commandeer something you didn't even start.

That being said, I have contacted Graham, and if I don't hear back from him soon, I will be in touch with the other GTA members and we will organize this on a date that works for all of us. We also are in the process of contacting the dealers around the area.

You want to start your own meet, go right ahead.
