I'd also like to know how many people own a video camera, as I would love to have some footage of this meet as there will be a fair bit of driving over the two days and I figure we'd get some good shots in.

Ok, I'm really up in the air on this now. Money has been REALLY tight this past couple of months (Michigan has the worst economy in the US and that directly effects how much I make) and my car is currently in the body shop to have the front end worked on and body kit installed. So.... I probably wont know for sure until the week before. Sucks. I really want to go. Mostly depends on if my car is done in time... Unfortunately my cousin likes to take his sweet time when it comes to his shop. Will keep you updated.

 

i cant come during weekdays... school.. unless you can push it back to mid june

 

I also cannot come during the week, but I will definately be in the area that weekend... my girlfriend and I are going to Canada's Wonderland on Saturday, staying the night in a hotel off Missasauga road (probably spelled wrong), then spending all day at the Falls on Sunday. Since I live just a little over an hour from Niagara Falls, I was contemplating meeting up with you guys at some point, but who knows. I can't afford to take off work during the week; summer hours = lots of money! Sorry 02.gif

 

Alright, this has been officially postponed until a later date.

Reason #1 - No real interest. I think i started this too early and did not keep up on the update situation.

Reason #2 - My car will still look lie @$$ during the meet. My bodyman had to go back to europe to visit his father.

Reason #3 - No real commitment or interest.

I hope maybe to hold it later, possibly in June we'll see if this post sparks some more interest.

Yeah, sorry Spart, I would've kept it still if we would've still have people coming. I emailed and pm'd people in April and I got 3 replies back. 2 were negative on the coming part. and 1 was only from Buffalo/Rochester.

This sucks to do it. I wanted to meet some people and show them a good time. It'll just have to wait that's all.

 

I'm definatly in for next time, my car will be running, and I'll be living closer. I'll be in Buffalo in July, only like 30 min from the falls.

 

How much of a later date? My friends and I were just talking about a road trip to Canada, but I wouldn't be in the tib...I'd be in a big a$$ van. (1300 miles in a tib w/ 5 ppl don't mix)
