Well, I told Larrs that I'd post this up and I also think Nate might want to see these pics.

Keep in mind I used to work at a machine shop and have access to 3 my old man owns. Anyhow, I will be running bigger wheels next year and need these now so I can finish the suspension/brakes/and fenders while I'm at it.

Now there are spacers that are made for us all over ebay or kspec etc but I had a certain standard in mind.

I'll share:

I wanted these out of 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum.
I did not want to use hub centric rings for my wheels which I needed. I wanted to make everything once piece which I did.
I used ARP Chromoly Wheel studs, which are 2.7" In length with DOUBLE the size of the knurl so that the spacers are pressed on the knurl itself as well.
The Hub is pressed on the spacer by the knurl and by the centric ring. This guarantees EXACT fit with NO PLAY.
I used 4 hex screws when I need to take the spacers off. As I tighten them they press against the hub and pull the spacers off.
Plus the new hub centric lip also slides into the wheel EXACTLY with only 1.5 thou of play. ( I wanted to make sure the wheel sat on the hub centric ring perfectly)

Here are the pics...

Here are the studs with the knurl that the spacer gets pressed into.

A close up

This is the back of the spacers

Thanks Nate, but I'm not sure right now if I have the time to make more. I still need to make 3 more for myself. They take a lot of time, and I work a lot.

There might be a possibility I could make some but not any time now, maybe in a month or 2. MIGHT.

Also, I will not be making these for anyone else lol, sorry but I really do not have the time 02.gif. Maybe Nate, and thats a maybe bro. We'll keep in touch.

Well thanks for the compliments, soon enough I'll have the stuff assembled to take pics with the wheels on. Next week I've got a fender flaring tool coming. wink1.gif I'll keep this posted.

Also, I suggest you use ARP wheel studs. I can give you the part # for them. I got their race studs with a huge knurl so I can also press the spacer on it not just the hub. If you use those studs, you have to enlarge the stud holes by 5 thou so you can press these in and also be able to get them off later lol. Btw, these studs are now 1/2 - 20.

Hey can you give me EXCATE measurements? I have access to a machine shop and wouldnt mind mass-producing for people on the site (like my current project for our tibs that is in process fingersx.gif) !! I mean I dont wanna steal away your thunder yesno.gif but If you mind, then I'll go take measurements and make similar but different ones, but i figure its all for the good of RDTIBURON.COM so why not lets work together
