hey mang, can you get me the place to order the arp studs from? and how much did they ALL cost.. 16 of em..

and can you get me the dimensions you used for everything. if not, ill take my wheels off and get em.. i just asked my dad, and he is going to make me a set of four spacers next week, he just needs the dimensions..

im going with a total of 2" wider in back (1" spacer, each side) and a total of 1" wider in front (.5" spacer each side) but i am going to use the stock hub lip size, so i can use hub rings for my 17s, and still put on my stockers if need be.

The ARP studs I ordered through a local performance shop. Paid 77$ CAN for 20, because they don't sell them in packs of 4.

I'll give you the part # on ARP's site. Part # 100-7706 Application: Speedway Eng. Pro Racing axle 4 disc FYI, the knurl of these studs are longer as you see in the pics, the studs are a bit thicker, also the knurl diameter are about 7 thou bigger than the stockers. Meaning the stock stud holes need to be enlarged a little bit before you press these in or else he hub will bend when pressing these in or you'll never get them out if you want them out. Also, the back of the stud needs to be shaved so they can fit in the space between the rotor and the hub (or maybe you wont need that because you are non captive, i dont know). I also shaved off some of the front of the stud because these are racing studs and have extra length lip for putting the wheel on faster in the pits. I didn't need that much of a lip so I shaved some off. Also keep in mind, these studs are 1/2-20 and not the stock m12 1.5 I believe, so your current lug nuts wont work for these. (I just tapped by lug nuts from stock to 1/2 - 20, it worked great)

The reason I got these were because I wanted the extra length on the knurl so I can press the spacers on as well
I needed just under 3" studs
These were 77$ compared to 200$ it would cost the for DSM ones that will fit but don't even have the longer knurl that I needed.

As for measurements, I highly recommending getting your own, just because I would hate to give you something of MY set up, and than realizing that yours are not the same. I have aftermarket rotors plus I resurfaced and painted my hubs so there will be a slight difference in measurement now. So with that being said, I would recommending taking an hour out of your time if you plan on making these and really measure accurately your set up. This will ensure that your spacer will be 99.9% perfect.

Oh, and I'm not worring to much about my wheel bearings right now, with this perfectly balanced and pressed on with exact measurements not some random spacers that dont come close to these quality wise. I'm not using hyundai's shitty wheel bearings anyways. If they last me 2 years I'll be happy. The car doesn't see the winter months here anyways. so it's only on the road for about half the year. smile.gif

Nate, if you got any question bro, pm me, also if you want to get those studs through me at the price I listed let me know, I can than ship em to ya or you come get them lol.
