Ok,

ithink my rims are 15" x 7in and offest 40 so -15 would be offset 25 approx
they still do not reach the fender lip but look just right. no problems with rubbing at all (but that's cos i stayed with 15in rims)

I like the 15's for now because the tyres are cheaper and i can get soft, grippy tires and whack them hard without feeling too bad about it

anyways, the spacers are nice and the wider track helps with the stability. just go get alingment done to ensure u have good geometry

But on most cars the rear wheels are stuck in further than the front its just to even them out and make them look better.

Come on man, if the guy wants them let him get them.

I personally don't really see the need for them, but I do UNDERSTAND why someone would want them.

so your sayin you dont think the wider track in the rear would help with handling ??? i prefer a curvey road to a straightaway cuz im crazy about corners, thats why i want them, every lil bit helps .... and spacers can be ricey, it all depends on how they are applied. my car is not ricey at all ....
but i hate how flat paint is in style now!! my car has been flat black since 01 and now every where i look someone has got my paint ahahhhh!! sorry i dont know what got into me
