i have never done it, nor have i heard of people doing it. but some things that you have to keep in considering are the following: (quoted from KSpec)

you might want to invest in longer wheel bolts aswell.
from what I have read on different boards, wheel spacers were not recommended.
our wheel bearings are bad enough in our cars, putting the wheel 15mm farther from the hub, in my opinion is not a great idea.

another problem people do not tell you about spacers.. in a powerful and semi-powerful front driver (like the tib) unless you are pointed straight and the road is smooth.. you are going to get all sorts of torque steer under acceleration. Most front drivers are set up for a certain amount of offset.. the further out you space the wheels.. the more leverage the wheels have over the steering.

Uhm, guys, the Jspeed sets sold on KSPEC.COM are MADE for these cars and come WITH the new studs.

i Have the nice Jspeed ones on my rear wheels.
Installed them last week!
15mm on each
still assessing them but i like them very much right now.
Generally suggest not putting them on the front wheels as the geometry changes and handling may be compromised

yellowcoupe what size rims, tires and drop you got on your ride? i might get the spacers for my rear only cuz the body is wider than the track, do the spacers put your wheels about flush with the fenders? thanx

I have the H&R 25mm spacers on my rear wheel hubs and have been there for about a year now. They aren't cheap ones and are hubcentric. I have the Eibach Pro-Kit drop (1.2") My rims are 17" with a +42 offset with 215/40/17 Kuhmo 712s. I have had to do some fender lip modification for the tires to clear. (grinding LOL) But with my Cuda kit I wanted to bring the rear tires as flush as possible due to the flaring of the kit at the rear. Looks hella better than stock! laugh.gif

I was going to do it, my 97 has problems with fitting rims but with a spacer i can jsut fit. But the problem is, it puts more stress on your bolts, long bolts you can do. but it costs money, basicly, i just stayed away from the whole deal...
