My E-brake is really loose. I was wonder what the easiest way to tighten it was. Also, is it possible that my rear calipers have seized?

Thanks, Kwin

One or both of your parking brake cables may be seized or broken. If there is a lot of 'play' in the brake handle when you pull it up that is likely the problem.

You could check whether the rear brakes are seized by jacking up the rear of the car and seeing if the wheels will spin freely (with the parking brake off, of course).

Will the parking brake hold the car if parked on a slope?

Yep... you need to adjust your parking brake. there's a nut attached to the bar that ballances your two calipers. You can find it inside the center console under the lid, in the secret hidden compartment at the bottom.... You know, it's under the condoms, stick of gum, change and extra cigarette lighter..

Just twist that until you have 1 click of free play.
