I too hate Wheelmax. When I first said something last spring about them, everyone defended them. phorq, hardend bitter by Wheelmax, shrugs and mumbles, "I tried to warn you they are fuggin' morons..."
Frikkin' morons know absolutley nothing about cars. When I called them back about my huncentric rings, their manager/supervisor said "I put these wheels on Hyundais all day long and I don't need any hub rings."
Yep, Wheel Max sux... I just couldnt pass up the deal. Now I hope I actually get the rims.
The guys are all dumb as a box of rocks and they think they know everything. What do the rims actually come w/ from wheel max? lugs, lock nuts, what else? thanx

i got the tires pre-mounted in 4 separate boxes, along with a smaller box with lugs and a lug key. i don't remember if your wheels have center caps or not, but they were already on. the wheels from WhalenTire.com had the centercaps still in sealed bags separate, along with the hubcentric rings and spacers. just make sure to check tire pressure before putting them on. also, it's a good idea to have them re-balanced, shipping has been known to knock off those tape-weights that will be on them. an alignment is also a good idea, as my car shook alot with the 17's before i did that, after the alignment, there was NO steering wheel jiggle.
the rings make sure that the wheel is exactly centered. if the wheel isn't centered, you can probably imagine what that wheel would do if it weren't centered at about 65mph... not good.
