e brake problems
Just an FYI for you guys. You might want to get under you cars and make sure that you e brake cable isn't fraying. Because mine did and snapped with them set. The reason I say this is because the Tech said it wasn't the first one to do this.

Yeah, pulling on it too hard can f0x0r it up. Along with yanking it up all the way and doing burnouts. tongue.gif What I always do is measure how much I need (I always park in neutral... habit. Someone tried to steal my Dad's car once and he had left it in neutral. We woke up in the morning to someone revving the engine. Didn't know how to put it in gear. smile.gif LOL) I pull up one notch. If it rolls back, I pull it up another. And so on. When it finally stops rolling back/forward, I pull it up one more notch and I'm good to go. I never need more than 3-5 notches usually.

I can't figure out why yours freeze in the cold weather.. checked the rubber boots on the cable? I live further north than you do in MD and I have never had a problem with mine getting stuck due to ice.
