I've actually met Tony a few times (he tuned my brothers turbo'd Honda hatch back). He's simply the god of tuning and his craftsmanship is nothing less than art.
I was at the track when he ran a 9.1. He was runnning against a GSX1000(if I remember right, it was a bike anyway) because none of the cars could keep up.

yeah, I've heard ALOT of stories about how this car is being used on weekends. They say it's so streetable, and I do believe them. We're not in the dark ages anymore where 10 second-below cars are only track worthy. And it's so simple: because of turbo and EFI, cars can be well mannered on relaxed drives around town, although I doubt they are stock mannered, but they can be just a little bit less comfortable.
I just wish a guy with a Hyundai can do the same thing.
