well lets get some prices and see which is the best way to go.

 

i called today the oil filter are $5 a piece and come in a case of 40-...

one case would cost $200.

if you change your oil every 3k miles this would last for 120k miles till you'd have to get another case.

if you ask me, it'd prolly be a better idea to team up w/ another member and split a case 20 oil filters (60,000 miles @ every 3,000 miles) for $100 plus s+h.

no sir. they come in large quantities. You have to figure, that dealership is changing oil on all the cars they sell and service lol. That's a lot of cars.

 

I was thinking of doing this also. Im going to see if I can get a case through my work from the dealership. Im OK with a case of 40 since I own 4 Hyundais right now. LOL fing02.gif
