I can vouch for him on delivery as well. Got me 2 parking brake cables and a purge solenoid for a great deal. Turnaround time was 2 weeks.

Sometimes its hard to get a hold of him thou.

QUOTE (Jim @ Feb 11 2008, 08:46 AM)
Wow, I dont think that this question/want to buy could have been more pointless. Go to your local parts store, (advanced preferably) get the prolator filters. They are honestly like 2.75 each. There is no point in buying a K&N filter if you change your oil like your supposed to. Oh, and guess what you missed out they had a buy one get one free sale about 4 weeks ago. Come on, dont be cheep! And why do you have to stock up on them? You act as if your going to be changing oil in your car about every other day. I think I change my oil the most out of everyone here. Once every 1500 to 2000 miles. Thats about every other month.

Stop posting off topic ass. WARNED.

Learn how to spell too you jackass.

PROLATOR = PUROLATOR

CHEEP = CHEAP

Lastly, your oil doesn't need changed very 1500, 2000, or 3000 miles. You change it when it needs changed. How do you know when that is? Either you know your car, or you send a sample in to get it changed.

Oil doesn't magically go bad at 2999 plus one mile.

Mad_john:

could you get a quote on how much you could ship them to me for? Erie, Pa 16510

thanks

01steve:

Thanks but i'm just looking for a buy-in-bulk discount pretty much,

not really sure if a group buy would be a great idea unless everyone buys them by the case cause to ship on filter would be at least as much as the filter.

any by the way a usually try to change mine every 3,000 miles, no less

well that's what i'm saying! if you or anyone else would like a case of oil filters, i may be able to work something out w/ the dealer.

maybe mad_john can get them for the same price or cheaper-... but it might be more expensive to ship international.

i'm going to call them tomorrow to find out how many are in a case and how much the case is.

just my thoughts, not triying to hi-jack a service-...

yea i was worried about the international shipping also thats why i asked him for a quote.

let us know what the dealer has to say.

i was just thinking here. but when i got my ebrake cable through the dealer my dad ordered it through his work and got it for the whole sale price of about $45 with tax. and i remember that someone on here said they work for auto zone. i dont remember who it was but maybe they could get the whole sale price for a few cases.
