At first I thought you meant 110kph, which would really suck. Then I realized it was mph.
Dude... i'm with Java. How often do you need to go that fast, unless you're on the track all the time. o_O

Ill catch hell for this:
Its not going that fast it is knowing you have a machine that can. I have a feeling anytime asks to go fast or brings up "limits" they are immediately branded as street racing or up to no good. Im not in with the whole theory of protect everyone from the lowest common denominator. If thats the case everyone who has Nitrous or Turbo should be under watch. Unless they put their car on a trailer to and from the track.

Not to hi-jack but:
Check out my for sale thread if anyone is intrested in a RD1 1.8L ecu with a 7800 redline and a speed limiter of 135+ ( I didn't take it any faster). On the dyno with a beta II trans I got to 135 in 4th gear, lol.
